Unfortunately, I was unable to attend both the opening and closing reception for Kevin Mercer’s Scenic Route, hosted by Masthead Print Studio. Luckily good friend and owner of Masthead, Shawn Hileman, allowed me in to view and document the work before the show came down.
Kevin Mercer, under the name of Largemammal, is best known for his limited edition gig posters. Through his work it is evident to find the three things that he loves: Color, Typography, and Texture.
